   Semi agreed? I think incremental bets vs big bang project is the framing I would take - don't disappear with a big project, but do a small spike, the simplest mvp (some data analysis & if statements instead of an ML model, to show personalization works), prove product market fit, iterate & scale.

   Equally true for infra & tooling projects! Make the spike (<1d with AI), solve your problem / team's problem, see if others use it + respond fast to feedback (both ideas & bugs), then scale to your org then scale to the company.
